I had an appointment today with Dentist Manuel for a check up.
My whole experience was perfect from the moment I walked in.
Greeted by a lovely young man by the name of Josh on reception,went through to a very calming waiting room.
I was taken upstairs by a lovely young dental Nurse to meet Manuel.
He was the nicest Dentist I have ever been to in my life and I'm 63 years young.
He was very gentle throughout my examination,i had xrays taken and then he explained everything to me and showed me the x-rays.
I was also given a printout of my estimate for treatment.
I enquired if they did a dental plan, which they do.
I have now joined the plan and booked my future appointments.
A very satisfied customer ,I would highly recommend.

At a later date I had to have a long course of treatment,every visit my anxiety was always taken into consideration and I never suffered any pain.
I now see the hygienist regular, and she's great.

I managed to register my children here after their dentist retired and all local dentists we tried weren't accepting new patients, they were fitted in really quickly thankfully as both needed a filling. The service we received was informative, patient, friendly and kind. both children were put at ease while receiving treatment and both have said that they prefer their new dentist. Thank you for everything that you are doing for the children in the localish area it is much appreciated.

My son has additional needs and going to the dentist is a big thing for him... the dentist that we see is a lovely lady and helps my son feel comfortable within his appointment x

Managed to get a last minute emergency appointment , staff lovely, dentist very good and didn’t feel a thing , 💯 recommend 😁

A hygienists appointment with Janeina and Jessa . A friendly and relaxing atmosphere. A very thorough and professional consultation. As always everybody in the practice has a smile on their face.
