I am very happy to find a professional and friendly dentist practice after a previous negative experience locally. Wellswood and Babbacombe Dental practice reminds me of the dentist I used as a child and growing up. Lauren and Lara made me feel comfortable & confident whilst in the dentist chair... Today I visited Tiera the hygenist and nurse Livvy. They both made me feel comfortable,Tiera explained the process, recommending dental floss brushes, a non fluoride toothpaste (which I had requested) and electric toothbrush. I was very happy with the service I experienced and so pleased that I have changed to this dental practice. On holiday here in Babbacomme and developed very painful toothache. I expected to have to put up with it/painkillers until I got home. I contacted WBDental who quickly organised an emergency appointment.Dr. Smith and Hannah provided excellent treatment step by step explanation and reassurance all the way through the treatment. All options were discussed. Absolute Minimal discomfort and pain throughout. Thoroughly professional treatment. The follow up phone call the next day and offer of help and advice really completed the whole experience. My experience at this dentist is very positive. My dentist is lovely & explains all the treatment options to you fully. I feel at ease when I'm having treatment carried out. All the staff at this practice are professional & helpful. The waiting area has a TV screen giving you lots of information on the treatments which are carried out at the practice. She’s very relaxed and friendly, explaining clearly what needs to be done and what the options are. She’s thoughtful and attentive and keen to ensure that patients are both relaxed during treatment and happy with the results.
