Dental Implants

Repair damaged teeth without replacing them.

Have You Just Had A Tooth Extracted And Would Like It Replacing?

A dental implant allows single or multiple teeth to be replaced – unlike a bridge there is no additional force placed upon adjacent teeth.

The best time to start the process of having a tooth replaced is 8 weeks after it has been extracted. From this point forward the level of the bone starts to decrease, possibly making it more difficult and expensive to place an implant.

Benefits of Dental Implants

Dental implants are often the best solution to replace missing teeth. They have several key advantages over other possible treatment options:
Natural Appearance
We use only the very best implants and the most highly skilled technicians to make the implant crowns so a natural looking result is assured.
Restoration
Implants restore the natural appearance of your tooth, smile and jawline.
Cosmetics
Improve the appearance of your smile. Implants match the shape and colour of your natural teeth and blend perfectly.
Support
They are the closest thing to a natural tooth. They do not place additional strain and stress on adjacent teeth.
Longevity
Dental Implants are the most effective long-term solution to replacing missing teeth.

What Can I Expect At An Implant Consultation?

Once they are happy that they understand what you would like to achieve they will complete a full assessment which will include two dimensional x rays of the implant site.
On completion they will advise you on any different treatment options, including the advantages and disadvantages. They will take time to explain the procedure to you – so you understand what will happen at future appointments. A full written quotation will be provided.
